How is the infrastructure at The Enclave different than a normal home?

The short answer is, it is not! The home has city water and power so no major difference. The property is constructed to be very energy efficient incorporating grid tied solar systems and backup power generator, collecting rainwater, and using all LED lighting to make the property as green and energy efficient as possible.

Heating and cooking is done using propane / butane to provide the most efficient results as possible. We incorporated a gas system using large portable tanks for gas.
