Villa Vaya Vista, is a large custom 3 story concrete home on the Placencia Lagoon with amazing views of the open water and sunset from all 3 levels.

Ground Floor features:

The ground floor of the property has huge partially covered pool with large covered bar and entertainment area. There is a grill by the bar and a sunken sitting area with a swim up bar. Private bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath also on ground floor.

2nd Floor features:

The second floor consists of large master suite with king bed and private balcony overlooking the lagoon complete with large soaking tub and walk in shower with views of the lagoon.

Two other bedrooms with king bed all overlooking the lagoon are also located on the second floor.

3rd Floor features:

The 3rd floor consists of huge kitchen, large indoor living room, large deck and outdoor dining and sitting area, with a bbq grill and a pass through window bar to the deck. The 3rd floor has absolutely amazing views of the lagoon and the Maya Mountains.

The home is uniquely located in upscale area that provides for a very private setting, yet it is close to fine dining and other upscale resorts in an exclusive section of Placencia, just 10 minutes from Placencia Village and airstrip.

Being located on the Placencia lagoon adds a unique touch of beauty and awe to this property. The sunsets over the lagoon and Maya Mountains are spectacular! From your back yard, take the provided kayaks to fish for Snook, Snapper and more in a world class location. If you are not into fishing a sightseeing trip on the kayaks through the mangrove filled lagoon is a great way to spend the day.

Getting to Placencia 

All international flights go in and out of the Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City.

After booking, you’ll receive a link to our Travel Portal where you will enter the international flight information for everyone in your group. You will also indicate your preference for in-country transportation from the Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) to Placencia.

Your concierge will reach out to confirm and book either of the first two options for you:

Option 1

FLYING – The flight from the airport to Placencia is 30 minutes and cost $291.50 USD round trip per person. If this is the option you would like please indicate it in the travel portal and enter all your group’s international flight details in the portal. After purchasing your tickets here , your concierge will receive the order and refer to the portal to book these local flights. Your concierge will also arrange pick up from the Placencia airstrip to the property. 

Option 2

PRIVATE SHUTTLE – This is approximately 2 hour 15 minute drive from the airport to Placencia and cost $649.69 USD round trip (tax included) for up to 3 passengers then $56.25 for each additional person round trip (14 passengers max). Once you’ve also entered all your group’s international flight details in the portal, your concierge will reach out to connect you with the shuttle operating team who you will make payment to directly. The shuttle will transport you directly to the property.

Option 3

You also have the option of renting a private vehicle yourself from one of the car rental agencies at or near the airport. Your concierge can provide driving directions to the property.

You can choose a different option for your arrival and departure or your group can be split with some flying and some taking the shuttle. Please be sure to indicate travel preferences in the Travel Portal.
